Return & Refund Policy – Marysa Swim

At Marysa Swim, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

1.⁠ ⁠Return Request Required  
To initiate a return, you must first contact us by email at info@marysaswim.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2.⁠ ⁠Return Conditions  
To be eligible for a return:
•⁠  ⁠Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition  
•⁠  ⁠Hygiene liners must be intact  
•⁠  ⁠Items must be returned in original packaging  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3.⁠ ⁠Return Shipping Costs  
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4.⁠ ⁠Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5.⁠ ⁠Original Shipping Fees  
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items  
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
•⁠  ⁠Worn swimwear  
•⁠  ⁠Items without hygiene liners  
•⁠  ⁠Items returned in unsellable condition  

7.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@marysaswim.com with photos and details.

8.⁠ ⁠Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
